v1.02 Next fire button & scoring system

Hi,

Another minor update. v1.02 now supports the 3 button joystick on the Next. The spare buttons are used for jumping & pausing. We think it gives a more "arcadey" feel to it than just using up to jump.

We've also updated the scoring system so it's tied into your remaining health, in the traditional Sloanysoft way.
